Previously I along with Chief Co-Brewer Nick kicked off a promising pilsner using the following:
1.7Kg Black rock Pilsner
1.5Kg Morgans Unhopped Pale Malt Extract
50g Saaz Hop Pellets
Saflager w34/70 Yeast.
